I just recovered from a spine injury. The doc said I can lift, no problem but I still want to make sure I do nothing that could result in an injury and specifically a spine/back injury.
I must choose a program and get educated about injuries and proper form. (I'm a complete beginner, I used to do bodyweight exercises but I never lifted in my life)
I looked up 5x5 strong lifts, starting strenght, Victor Pride's body of a Spartan and greyskull's e-book. I don't really know which one to choose. I don't have a precise goal (big muscles/strength...), I just want to lift regularly.
What program do you think I should follow and where can I get educated about injuries?
