I've had a bunch of threesomes with my LTR. Never had other guys offered up to be introduced. And threesomes have never tainted the relationship in any way, contrary to what people seem so overly concerned about.
To that point, I think the #1 thing you need to do is not be concerned. My frame with my LTR? "It's not a big deal.
