There isn't really any way to get what you want here without being willing to communicate with her about it. In an LTR, communication is extremely important.

The key in this case is to tell her what you want without coming off as judgmental. If you break her confidence she won't be able to do these things well. You should make it a two-way dialogue where she feels comfortable expressing things she'd like you to do as well.

Consider finding a sex class in your area and suggest that the two of you go together. It's a fun date that will get you both really turned on and ready to try some new things.

Even though I prefer to play the more dominant role in sex, I have been with some women that had crazy skills on top. They are controlling the angles so usually they get themselves off pretty intensely. I would say women that do this are more likely to be able to come from penetrative sex alone than those that are more passive.
