You shouldn't be giving a shit.

Treat her comments like shit-tests. Nuke them with AA/AM responses, and she'll stop. Or she doesn't and you pull out a soft-next to put her in her place.

Women have a similar mentality. Which is why the "false takeaway" or "freeze out" (in today's terms, the "soft next") is so effective at re-igniting interest.

I think you're doing fine. Set the amount of attention you're willing to rent out in exchange for the amount of sex she rents out.

When she starts to pout and starts sniping at you, put on your earbuds and listen to a podcast, or start flipping through Tinder. It'll make her crazy.

One note: many women consider guys reading a book to be rejection. My general attitude towards that is, "Fuck you, I'm more interested in this book than you. Learn how to read."

Why are you living with a woman that does this? Sounds like it's unraveling.
