An LTR did a week of ghosting? That's a piece of shit move, regardless. She should be dumped and ignored permanently.

1 week later she reaches out asking "I blocked you and you don't even care?".

She made a power play. She disappeared on you (not a character trait of an LTR, by the way) and you didn't react. She had no power. She wanted you crawling back to her. You didn't.

She's a piece of shit manipulator. If you stay with her, expect it to get worse.
