This happened to me mate. My girl only liked my dick, I was her first to give anal, so on. It's hard to trust on this things. Lets put it this way. You have no way of ever knowing if those things are true so dont put any stock in them whether it is to believe her or not. Dont let words that arent confirmed by actions sway you, they should always be taken with grain of salt.
My plate swears no one as ever fucked her the way i do and that I have the biggest dick shes ever faced. Now I can believe what she says, which will fuel my ego, but I cant tell if shes lying or not, so I dont really care about what she said.

You’re right to naturally be skeptic. Learn to calibrate your gut; everyone lies, separate trust from fiction whether it is your bro, your mom or your LTR.
Lying is a slippery slope. That she lies to her sister may have more to do with their relationship than it has to do with you. With that said, the propensity to lie tends to transcend familial bonds, so if she’s willing to lie to her sister it’s likely she will lie to you as well.
Not sure what you should do yet, but here is my hunch.
She’s not yours, it’s just your turn. Sure, she is your LTR. LTRs come and go. Enjoy her while you have her, and who knows, maybe she comes out smelling like roses. But if and when (most likely, when), she comes out smelling like shit, you know what you need to do.
Yeah, if the relationship is good to you, you have little doubts if you want to be with her for longer, than stay relaxed. Always a foot at the door, and never giving your life for someone
