A woman concealed some portion of her sexual history because it would have hindered her chances at conning a guy into a relationship. Perish the thought! Boy, that's sure uncommon! NOT!

As a result, she conned a guy into a relationship. You are that guy. Act accordingly.

She didn't cheat. You weren't together. She just hid a material fact that she knew would have caused you to not make her a girlfriend. Act accordingly.

If you dump her ass, don't confront her about what you know. Just tell her that things aren't working out. You're done and are moving on. When she presses for information and cries and screams, just stick to the party line. Things aren't working out for you.

If you keep her around, don't confront her about what you know. Just know now who you're dealing with. Think about her face, her tone of voice, her eye contact, her breathing. Think about how quickly and easily she lied to you and how easily it came to her. How it was her first go-to move and how well she did it. Remember that every time she speaks to you. If you do keep her, personally, I'd keep her as an unofficial plate and be pursuing other options on the side.

There are a couple of perspectives you can take on this. Choose the one you agree with the most:

She did not tell you about fucking her ex until you two became official. Because she is your LTR you want her to be honest and open about this type of stuff. She was not. Because of that you break up.
You say you are not bothered with this. If you feel that way, that is cool. Continue your LTR but proceed with caution. She might not tell you other things weeks after they happened.
It has been literally four weeks before you became official. Her ex is still in her head, even if she is exclusive with you (I presume she is). Do you feel comfortable with with that thought? If yes, continue LTR. If not, break up.

Personally, I would demote her to plate without telling her.

I don't think I would go exclusive if she lied. If you were casually dating and she didn't feel guilty, she wouldn't lie. From my perspective she did lie, and thus felt guilty. I think it is an indication she could deal with the guilt and lie again. That said, having this in the back of your mind may help you not get too attached--if everything is cool in your relationship and there aren't other red flags, seems ok to me.

don't hold plates to LTR standards... assume and/or expect them to fuck others.

Dump or downgrade. LTR worthy plates give commitment before they receive it, and she fucked an ex and lied about it while dating you. OK for plating, not for LTR.

She needs to try again with someone else and not fuck up.

Why is this even a question? She insisted "nothing happened" and you confirmed that something did indeed happen. Of course this is a red flag. She was doing exactly what a cheater does.
