Pet names are cringe anyway. They put your relationship communication into a feminized, lubby-dubby dynamic. I like calling my woman "sweet ass" or "honey pot" or something else sexualizing. Or I'll use a playfully patronizing "woman!" or "shorty". Otherwise I just use her name. If you set the tone of the relationship, she will follow. In my earlier days, I recognized that I fell into my women's frame and allowed things to get mushy and boring. Now I don't do that anymore, and indirectly communicate to them in all kinds of ways that, while I like them as people, their femininity and sexuality that are the reasons I'm there. They respond well to this, as it shows them strong leadership and teaches them the kind of energy I expect from them.

People are saying that you are overreacting and they might be right. But from personal experience, it might be an indicator of waning interest.

I had a long-term plate 2 or so years back that I had a good emotional connection with. We both were content with being non-exclusive but still doing LTR type activities together from time to time. She always would call me babe over text and in person as well. If I had just dropped her off and I was driving home she would text me "get home safe babe". If I told her I had to get up early so I am going to sleep she would text me "good night babe" etc. etc.

All of a sudden she just stopped saying it out of the blue. I didn't mention it to her obviously because that would just be some pussy shit but I did notice obviously. We continued fucking and it was a fun time but the vibe was just different I could tell.

2-3 weeks later she breaks it off with me because she found another guy who asked her to be in an LTR with her and she said yes.

Look, women are complicated and this could mean nothing. But like I said before, it is possible it is an indicator of waning interest. Pay attention to her behavior and assess the situation.
