You have to let her do what she’s going to do. If she cheats, send her packing because she’s not worth keeping. If she values you, she won’t cheat. You can’t keep someone from doing what they want to do. Jealousy and insecurity are attraction killers.

If you really want to, you could require that girlfriends of yours don’t do this. Just next them if they even make you feel like they are doing something stupid that carries the unnecessary risk of disrespecting the relationship. Going out drinking with guys always indicates a chance of sexual activity. There’s no way around it. Alcohol lowers inhibitions. These things are not a secret.

She’s an asshole; not for going out for drinks with people, but for telling you and not asking you if you’re okay with it.

Her telling you this is designed to make you anxious, or see if you care. You can’t actually win. If you mateguard, you care too much and are insecure. She’ll cheat. If you don’t give a fuck at all and pretend like she didn’t just tell you she’s going to disrespect the relationship, “he must not care about me”. She’ll cheat.

Now, if you’re well-calibrated, you might be able to sense which response she’s fishing for, but honestly, it’s all too much bullshit at that point.

Hopefully the guys there aren’t very attractive.
