Keep learning RP and for a layman’s book of relationship skills, get Coach Corey Wayne’s book “3% Man.” That’s not the verbatim title but you can search Audible or Google for it. He’s got a very active YouTube channel too. He’s more of a purple pill type but if you look at his work with RP glasses on, you’ll be ok and it’ll benefit you.

TRP is not dating advice, it is a predictive model. The PUA stuff is a program than runs on the model, but it’s counterproductive to producing a genuine relationship - it’s more about making up for low natural value. The biggest misunderstanding about RP from BP/women is that RP'ers hate women. We don't. We love them. But we do not expect them to behave in ways that isn't in their best interest and we do expect them to behave as they are wired.

So as long as you learn to accept; no need to judge, you'll be golden.

You are your longest LTR, focus and prioritize your well being. The value of negging as a way to jolt a normally pedastlized woman has its place during encounters, but 'negging' as a way of life isn't the answer, it's self care and mission focus.

You can do the latter without being an asshole (ie: purposefully rude) rather simply asshole-lite by focusing on yourself first. there is a difference.
