They have no interest in self improvement. I'm leaving them in the dust in so many aspects of my life, and I feel like it's holding me back. Is there a place to ask the community if there are other TRP people in my region? Or more specifically, at my university? Would this be the sub to do that?

Specifically, I want a gym partner, and a handful of guys to go out with the intention of approaching women.
