You can just tell her that you're thinking about what happened with all of this, and that if it's going to work out you'll need to see what she's willing to do. And also, a controlled "thank you" for seeing a respect issue could be the proper validation to keep respect in her mind for you (assuming there were respect problems) regarding her issue with spouting off her point of view.

My text: "Thank you for respecting my point off view. As far as if you want this to work out, you'll really have to prove it to me. We can talk more on the phone or in person."

Ignore the whole "high walls" hampstering, just let her know she has work to do and that kind of active investment will probably help bring her back, that is, if you want her back in your life in those ways.

Keep her spinning, but don't invest a lot of time, energy or funds.

Work on you, have a good time, don't commit to anything solid with her. She isn't looking for a relationship so much as safety net in a new city.

Her feelings aren't worth your time, you have a whole new city open to you. Any baggage from the past is left behind when you move somewhere new, take advantage of that. Change behaviors you aren't happy with that the people you'll meet haven't had to deal with yet and therefore don't expect from you.

With that thought, maybe even cut yourself off from this girl entirely. Start totally fresh in your new environment. It's a rough journey, but the payoffs can be huge.
