You aren't making her qualify herself which turns her off. The way you're leading the conversation it seems like you want to meet her ASAP i.e. you're desperately seeking attention from a woman.

Say or ask something that reveals IF she is interesting enough to hang out with you. Make her demonstrate that she is "worthy" of joining you while you do something fun - iow, that she is fun, interesting, and sufficiently into you. If she isn't demonstrating this, then you'll have a shit time hanging out with her anyway and you should move on to the next one.

If it really is great weather, then why not maybe try something a little more assertive like

"well I'm going out for one now, and you can meet me there ..."

It sounds like a txt version of speed dating! Why not mix it up a bit then, instead of the same lines? Try a new one a day!

shit, It sounds to me like tinder but it's coffee 'n bagels cos they (grrrls) think it's 'classier' pfft!

if she flakes, that's one less, nbd if you get one a day (and nothing's happening anyway!)
