Is this to be expected as the norm? I've made certain changes in my mindset and now moving towards my goals. It seems men at work respect me more but it's different when I go to the market or out in public. But it seems I'm attracting more women.

Am I doing something wrong? Or am I doing something right? Either way it's not going to detract me from doing as I please.
