You are correct, it could seem like she's the one in charge if you do this, but this is a product of a more paranoid outlook. If she's down to meet and you're free, there's no shame in accepting, then just game properly and fuck her. There's always the chance that because of this she might suddenly now not want to meet, but by that same token there's an infinite amount of things that can happen. I suggest just meeting.

It's not a big deal if you like the girl enough and you're actually free. Just reply something like '' I need to do/ I had planned to do X at X time but could meet up after'' This shows you're busy but have some flexibility. But don't get too used to doing that. Your time, even free alone time, is the most valuable thing you have in this life. Try to live on your own schedule as much as feasible. Likewise try not to sacrifice your rest, bitches hardly sleep during the night but a man making a living and lifting needs his rest.

Take the initiative and be the leader.

In your scenario you did this. Bravo. She immediately suggested a new time (showing genuine interest in you). If this day/time doesn’t work for you, suggest a different one. If it does, great! You are still the leader here. Reiterate what the new plan is to her (“ok cool. We’ll go to x location at 7 on Wednesday”).

Do not cancel any existing plans to go on future dates. There may be instances where this isn’t relevant but it is a good general rule.

My way of doing it is: Hi X, Thursday or Friday. What works better for you? They’ll either respond with one of those days or offer a different day.

So just go with it. If you must (to satisfy your ‘alpha’ ego) just say sure thing but I have a prior commitment but will meet you (insert 30min or 1 hour after the time she suggested)

Now here in lies the problem... If she flakes on you... Then this is where you next her.

Don’t cry/crawl/beg. Don’t post on here asking for further advice on a chick that has rejected your initial invite and then flaked on her own.

Basic theory suggests to try set the terms of the date but in reality it’s binary; if a girl wants to meet you she’ll want to make it easy to do so.

So if she’s legitimately busy say weds and offering you tues night that’s a good thing. She’s throwing you an alternative because she wants to meet up.

If she’s saying let me get back to you, she’s basically curbing you. She’s being obscure because your a low value/low priority option.

So going back to your question 90% of the time if a girl proposes a diff day / time it’s her coming into your frame to meet you. Especially if she’s moving the date forward.

Maybe 10% of the time you’ll get chicks who play games and keep changing days but you should be able to tell if they’re being weird/gamey.

I’ve never been someone who believed in giving a women a specific place and time to meet. Whether that’s for women or people in general. I believe in asking something along the lines of, “what days are you available”. Then from that response, choosing a day that works best for you.
