For me, I saw this vid on YT from Coach RedPill where he broke down the 3 things women can bring men. Sex, companionship, and children. Now I have enough friends (but I don't shy away from more if we both provide each other value), I'm not looking for an LTR, and I don't want kids (right now) so these girls only can bring one thing.

Now...when you realize that you can get that one thing from ANY GIRL that you find attractive, you kinda keep from getting lost in the headlights. I don't look now just if I'm hot for a girl but how RECEPTIVE she is to my advances. If she's playing games, I'm out. Why would I play when I can go after this chick over here and get the same result?

Edit: Forgot that usually at least with me that my oneitis was causes by thinking this girl is "special" aka we "have a connection", she's not going after all these other guys, yadda yadda. It's just not the case.
