Honestly, TRP is not an ethics class. It is just a tool from objective understanding. What you do with it is your own prerogative.

If you feel like banging someone's SO is wrong, then don't do it. There are plenty situations where doing so just lowers your SMV anyways.

Opening doors is a common courtesy in plenty places in the US, especially the South. You aren't going to lose frame by holding a door for someone.

Plates are just a fancy word for sexual noncommittal relationships, you aren't objectifying anyone, and especially not when you are an honest man.

You must be getting just surface level of what TRP is actually about. I'd suggest you read deeper into the sidebar and find knowledge instead of expectations. Nobody here cares what you do.

Being polite and being a doormat are two different things. If you're aiming to be polite, hold the door for anyone immediately after you, man or woman. If helping others makes you feel good, do so as long as it isn't detrimental to you and your goals. Don't want to fuck around with multiple girls? Don't. Only you can decide what you want and don't want to do. TRP is just a framework to make achieving your goals easier and more straightforward.

As one user already suggested earlier, review all of the sidebar material from the main subreddit. That should help you clear up how much of that desire is blue pill conditioning and how much of it is you.

I'm in a similar position and am trying to roll back my niceness.

You see, a lot of my so-called niceness came out of a desire to be validated and loved. I learned the hard way that, while it does get returns, some people take advantage of that niceness.

So from now on, I am going to be nice to the people who I feel deserve it. I am going to be a gentlemen, but only towards ladies (read: a lady, not the spoiled rotten privileged girl who's been spoonfed from birth, or a hoodrat)

But above all. Put yourself first. This doesn't mean you should say 'fuck off' to every girl you want to help out, but start limiting it. It doesn't hurt to be courteous once in a while, but don't be a doormat either.
