Typically if she is late (and does not shoot me a text to let me know) I just text her that I made other plans - then stop texting her for at least the night, if not longer.

I have had a plate reply "figured as much", meaning she knew she was fucking up and knew me well enough to know that I do not tolerate that.

Abundance is important but if you never display it, she will never see it.

You sound needy AF. It's just 10 minutes and it's not like you're waiting out in the rain, you're in the comfort of your home. Next time she is late, open the door a couple of mins late and actually be doing something with your time instead of waiting for her at the door.
