I think you answered your own question here. Yes you have to mix in the softer stuff just a bit. To keep them engaged.. they have to feel like there's potential for something more eventually.... You never promise or promote this idea... But you never outright deny it with your words or your actions.

It's the mystery and the chase that keeps their emotions and their hamster spinning. If you tell them from the start that there's no game to even be played then they are not going to play the game.

You want to keep a little mystery as to what the purpose of your interaction is long-term. If a plate has been reliable maybe you take her out for a drink before she comes over. Not every single time but you mix it in.

Women are all about emotions and you have to stimulate that. They love new experiences..... Seeing new things..... Going to places. Their lives are pretty mundane and boring as it is. They don't usually have hobbies and interests like men do.

So very often times a girl will not be content to just come to your bedroom for a couple hours then go home. Give them a little bit more of an experience..... Something more to keep them coming back.... beyond just the sex.

You don't want to treat her like a girlfriend or spend too much time with her. You don't want to see her all that often.... But you should mix in some other things. A quick movie at a theater. A drink or two at a local bar so she can get dressed up......they love getting dressed up. Take her for some sushi one day....she can split the bill. Let her cook for you...

This is the key to maintaining plates in your rotation especially as you start dealing with older women. In college you can just tell them to come over and take some shots. In the real world they need a little bit more engagement to stay around for a longer period of time.

This can be bringing her along on things that you like to do as well... try not to see them anymore than once a week or ideally once every two weeks...

This is bordering on anti-slut defense stuff. "Netflix and chill" is a thing because it gives the woman the ability to pretend she's not a slut while being a slut. A text at 8pm to do something exciting such as watch the latest movie or go for sushi provides ASD, which is the security they're looking for.

the question is , do you want to give them comfort, have they earned it?

Look at it from their side, they do want an alpha, but want a relationship/LTR probably, is this guy going to comfort me, care for me?

each girl will have different levels of need their and you have to decide if any are worth that effort. text them some relationship questions, deep ones. That drives them crazy and also will let you learn a bit about them. Read/remember the answers and then see if her actions follow, ie, listen to what they say, watch what they do.

There's no perfect method you can be the most alpha alpha and she'll still just leave for reasons unknown. Acting beta will turn her off. You only have control over your own actions just focus on self-improvement.

If you think sex is good on the first or second fuck then you're going to have your mind blown when you (hopefully one day) actually build trust and a connection with a plate and fuck her for the 10th time.

If you just want to raise your n-count and fuck new girls then keep doing what you're doing and don't even worry about them coming back.

But if you're trying to build some reliable plates where the sex gets even better and better then yes, you do need to build comfort and trust.

One problem a lot of you guys have is overthinking everything.

Maybe you should take up some type of martial art. So that once you grasp the concept, you are forced to just react instead of spending time thinking of your next move.
