On most of the listening programs, apps what ever you wana call'em. You can adjust the listening speed. I keep Audible on 1.5 to 1.8 depending on the reader. I have listened to books at 2x speed and you are still able to comprehend the material if that is what you train yourself to do.

None of these are super RP but my favorites are radio lab, this American life, hardcore history, the moth, risk, snap judgement, criminal and ofcourse JRE. Podcasts get me through most of my work day!

The most complete popular person I can think of would be Jocko Willink, so I guess his podcasts would include only a small amount of bullshit and wouldn't make you beta hearing them over a long period of time.

It's still difficult for me to justify hearing a podcast instead of doing something or while doing and not being fully there in the moment. Although I doubt there's any real rp "youtubers" out there, I'd love if someone could recommend one worth listening to.

Give audiobooks a try too. I find many podcasts have big chunks where they talk about a whole lot of nothing. Audiobooks don't have that issue.

Can’t believe nobody mentioned the Black Phillip show. Its only 13 episodes, but Patrice O’Neal is one of the godfathers of trp. He will shine a light on relationships that you probably would have never seen otherwise.
