TLDR: Can you self unplug? or does it need another to unplug
So after reading a number of books on the subject or at least around the subject I realize i have been leading a more than blue pill life.
Gave up numbers of encounters when 21-22ish for a girl who i was definitely the beta for, having a typical white knight characteristic; changed my friends and changed my work for her, got engaged, paid off her debts, but ended up seeing a glimpse of red pill life and got out. Little to realize it was actually just a cycle as i moved through 3 more LTR's with almost the same style of process, where i dashed in to save the girl. Now 35 and after identifying heavily with the reading, and with some lurking on this subreddit, I think i have at least partially unplugged my self (is that possible?), I am currently in a LTR, with a newly born little one, where i haven't felt the need save, and, but feeling there is a good balance of power in the relationship, so I am quite concerned, but crazy thing is, now i have this feeling of being unplugged, things or situations seem clearer to me when dealing with my partner and women in general, knowing or understanding what i know now.
Side effect: my libido is gone..or shall i say, I'm no longer a slave to it, like I used to be.
hoping this is the right place..keen to hear feedback..normal for a newly self-unplugged to feel like this?
