I've been reading a lot of lifting advice, saw some youtube vids and read blog links etc. I remember reading quite often "when you lift you improve, your problems go away and it seems pretty common to lift over 100 kg here. I think I know where to start but... The thing is I have a back injury some of my discs are under severe compression and could turn herniated in the future, currently i'm under chiropratic treatment so, i guess no 100kg squats for me, still does this mean i'm doomed? are there any alternatives? what can i do?
