The only way is to ignore it all, and get out of your life everything that reminds you of it. You could choose to watch gore all day long, but you don't. So why do you keep watching toxic content? Same thing with people, if person X has that mentality, you simply ignore her.

It's the modern world, I just did a post on TRP about it - men are the cause of all the worlds evils and everyone else is a victim.

All they need to do is say "they did something bad to me" and with no proof whatsoever they are believed, the man is vilified and his career over, he might even face the legal system or violence and no one believes him.

Because everyone "knows" men are toxic abusers.

And while they have every media company, every social media company, etc falling all overthemselves to give them a platform - anyone sticking up for mens rights get de-platformed and shut down.

We're in a really bad place and I don't think people realise just how bad it is.
