This is counter to some of what asktrp teaches, and probably isn't the answer you're looking for, but truthfully the best way to get good at sex is to have as much sex as you can with someone whom you're comfortable with. This usually means having a GF, or at least hooking up with someone you actually know pretty well. You'll give your best performance when you're not worried about whether you'll fuck up, can't get it up, can't get her off, whether they'll fuck you again, etc. etc.

I'm in my mid 30s now, and looking back on it, although I got with a reasonable amount of chicks, it wasn't until my early 20s or so after having a serious GF that I really got good at fucking. Basically because I was fucking all the time, and not once every week or month or so with someone new who intimidated me.

If I could go back and do it all over again, I probably would have dated the first chick in high school or college who was into me and not totally repulsive. It's worth it to punch below your weight class if it teaches you how to fuck.
