Assuming this isn't a troll post, that's an interesting question. I'd imagine that you'd approach like normal but there aren't a lot of midgets per person capital.

You may have to see if you can find some sort of support group for midgets/little people/dwarfs or the height challenged and maybe offer to assist. Maybe offer to host events, or reach up the top shelf. I don't know.

Ok... I'm crazy about petite girls too, so I've thought about this. You won't find midgets in America anymore. Use of growth hormone will correct being a midget so you won't find official midgets in first world countries. Dwarfism is not correctable so you still find dwarfs though they aren't particularly attractive. Girls under 5' are kinda rare in America. Go to South America or Asia to find more petite girls. Thailand was great because the commonly used dating app there, Thai Friendly, has a height filter. I set it at a max of 5' and had dozens of girls to choose from. Petite girls are common in South America too. I spent a week in Costa Rica banging a 4'8" girl one time. She wasn't even very good looking but I find petiteness very hot so it worked for me. Oh, if you go to foreign country be careful that the shorties aren't under age.

I completely understand finding petiteness to be hot. I'm 5'10. I wouldn't date a 10 if she was 5'8". I'm just not sexually attracted enough. 5'6" is my limit and I prefer under 5'4". Girls under 5' are super hot to me. I'd fuck a troll if she was under 5'. It's stupid and nonsensical but it's how my libido works.
