I'll keep this short and simple. I met a girl on the train, we kicked it off. She was very sweet and pretty. I asked for her number and she said she had a boyfriend. But she said we should talk on fb. In any case, even after mentioning she had a bf, I wasn't really fazed and I would say the best parts of our conversation were after she mentioned that. In fact, she opened up more afterwards.

Anyways later when i got home, I sent her a message with some recommendations of some music we had been discussing earlier. I told her to have a nice week and 'let me know what you think'. With facebook you can immediately see if someone has read your message. Like maybe a day after I sent that she read the message and didn't respond.

It's been 1 month since that message, and its her birthday (which we discussed on the train). Do I delete her or send her a happy birthday message maybe with some call to action.
