I took out a girl I work with for the first time the other day. It was a pretty good date, some goofs, but overall fun time.

Once the date was over, I asked her to text me when she got home and she did. She then thanked me for buying her dinner and said goodnight , and I responded that it was my pleasure and we should go out again soon. No response. I assumed this was fine because it was a natural end to the conversation.

The next day (Xmas eve) I decided to shoot another text that evening. I said Merry Christmas Eve, and teased her about having to go into work when I didn't. No response.

I still haven't heard back since then, should I text her again? She has told me she is horrible at texting, and when I asked her on the date it took her 3 days to reply confirming the day with an apology. My first thought was disinterest, but given her bad texting history before agreeing to a date, I'm not sure.

Do I follow up?
