Hello everyone

A week ago i saw a post here. It was great and basicly author suggesting "cry in your room and don't show your weakness to women".

Today, i was reading No More Mr Nice Guy.

Here is some sentences from the book :

"Humans connect with humans. Hiding one's humanity and trying to project an image of perfection makes a person vague, slippery, lifeless and uninteresting. I often refer to Nice Guys as Teflon Men. They work so hard to be smooth, nothing can stick to them."

Do you think should we hide our problems from outside world?
