If you sleep with so many, you look like a man whore and a player. If you don't sleep with much, you don't seem desirable.

You don't reveal it or ask them either but sometimes they might press you on it. Last week a girl was trying to guess. "4?" "5", etc and I just denied it. When she said "double digits" I agreed. But I still didn't reveal.

She's 21 but she did say "I must have a man whore on my hands" and I said "I am going on 25" with a smirk and just left it like that.

I always say I don’t know, because I literally don’t know, it’s not even very high I just don’t care to keep track. If they try and guess I go for the “well it’s definitely over 1 and less than 1000”

I’d never reveal it anyway, it also acts as as a way to reassure her you’re not the type to brag about your numbers/talk about your sexcapades with her and out her as a slut

Use Kahneman & Tversky's reference point technique to set the anchor.

Ask the girl 'do think it's higher or lower than my age?'. Then if you're eg 27, and she says 'lower' and you agree, she subconsciously will substract about a third and up at somewhere between 15-20 which is fine. Give no more information after that

Listen if you really do like someone then don’t lie, they should accept you for who they are, but if it’s a fuck with buddy / one night stand then you’re better off lying.
