My thoughts are that TRP has become too much of a support group for beta males. There is great philosophy and advice on here, but I think that in particular certain users use TRP as a male version of a hamstering / hive mind which we despise in women.

Case in point is if you speak out against the advice of a very active TRP member, it doesn't matter if you are yourself an active member, but you get deleted, downvoted, banned.

I think the beauty of TRP is that it is not "pretty". It's hard to swallow, and hard to see that dirty truths in this world. I think the only way to hold people accountable is be able to take criticism, and actually call each other out, brutally and honestly. However, if you do that to a mod.... you get downvoted banned etc - hence my title, that this sub has become a breeding ground for male hamstering and continuing beta behavior rather than the way of nature which is constant struggle for alpha status. If there is no fight, no discussion, and no ability to truly call each other out, then this sub is worthless, and downgraded to a place where a couple guys with insecurity complexes can feel secure cause they have mod status and can delete anyone or anything that goes against them ( again... feeling threatened and therefore a very sheepish behavior )
