Ever since lockdowns I lost 15 lbs in February I was the biggest and strongest I’ve ever been 150 lbs going to the gym 5 days a week and felt amazing. (That doesn’t sound like a lot but for me it is I started at 125 a year and a half ago and am naturally a more slim guy). Not being able to go to the gym and workout I eat very little and lose weight.

Right now I eat 3 meals a day but am still losing weight. The caf food at my Uni is nauseating I come from a really health strict family and the fried garbage they serve everyday upsets my stomach and I feel my arteries clogging up. I’m thinking of buying lots of healthy snacks to try and snack a lot more during the day to help with calories and put on weight.

What kind of healthy snacks would you recommend? I have cliff bars right now but they’re pretty solid and sometimes hard to eat. (Don’t have any kitchen amenities besides a small fridge and a microwave). Any other people have similar or had similar problems of losing weight and tips to stop it?
