Your length is probably just fine. There was a comment or a post a couple months ago that went into detail with examples concerning a girl's judgement of size. Long story short: girls can't judge size for SHIT. Stories were passed around about how their 5 incher was sold to the girl as a 7 incher and she paid no mind. Only sure fire way is a surgical procedure where they cut the tendon under your scrotum, I think they also do penile implants as well...as far as "jelqing" goes, I have read a bunch of testimonies on forums where these guys swear by it but never presented any evidence.

I don't know about girth because I've never measured or inquired but 6 is supposed to be pretty average so I wouldn't really worry. You're slightly above average (5.5 inches long if I remember correctly). From my reading there's not much you can do to improve your dick size. Even if you can, it's a relative waste of effort and your time is far better spent improving your game, lifting, etc.

There was a great post a while ago about talking about your dick and saying like "yeah it's small and wet like a baby carrot". If she laughs and says "no it's not" then that is a very good sign :) Otherwise it is still funny and a great way to practice not giving a fuck.
