No real good answer to this. She desperately wants your attention. Give her attention -> confirm her bad behavior -> bad for you. Don't give her attention -> she gets mad at you -> bad for you.

Most of these shit tests stem from her own insecurities and either lack of love/attention or lack of a healthy rewards system given to her as a child by her parents and her environment. You can "pass" tests indefinitely but it will not solve the root problem.

I'm an honest guy and I would straight up ask her, "why are you so insecure about yourself?" (every girl is insecure about herself, but some are problematically so) if I cared about maintaining a healthy relationship. She's gonna cry so get ready. If she doesn't want to attempt to solve the root problem, or even acknowledge she has one, I'd find a new girl. You can only pass so many shit tests without breaking down.

You can also do a bit of dread game or "punish" her bad behavior by withdrawing attention but this could easily backfire if she's already insecure about herself.

most of the time, agree annd amplify can help you pass most of these shit tests above. most importantly is not to react. IDGAF is often best.
