I have trouble "remembering" what I read when I am studying. When I read something that interests me it's much easier to remember, but even then I forget major points like: Names, years and 'punchlines'. I'd like some advice on how to "properly" study and remember what I read. I am looking for some technique to 'train' your brain. I've googled, but most of what I get is "How not to procrastinate" etc. which seems very banal.
I am asking for any "TRP confirmed" kickass technique that worked for you guys, any other advice is welcome too. Thanks in advance
