What tips do you know of to naturally improve your T?

I got my T tested 8 months ago, came back @ 300ng/dl on a range of 300-1000.

I talked to my doc about TRT. Had some advice. I changed a few lifestyle things, and 2 months ago tested @ 650ng/dl

Changes: slightly Better sleep thanks to melatonin supplement (~7hrs compared to prior ~6hrs). daily supplements: vitamin D, zinc, Magnesium. Sporadic trips to gym. in hindsight these are no-brainers

More changes since: gym 3x/wk, sleep up to 8 hrs. Limit caffeine to 2 cups coffee/day often less, no coffee before 8 am.

What else can I tweak in my life to naturally improve hormones? What T suppressors could I be avoiding? I've heard about avoiding certain shampoos or plastics... but haven't found any good resources beyond bro-science when I went looking for a list of low hanging fruit I could apply to my life. Who's had luck with this?

Edit: I'm 31, 6ft, 170lbs, ~20% BF?. SQ 170, DL230, Bench145.

Update: I haven't gotten tested yet, but I've taking the same supplements and I've been hitting the gym hard all summer (5 hours/wk or more), and eating the diet to match. I've seen some good gains so far and am feeling much more energetic. I plan on getting retested.
