Having a likable presence is a complicated skill that has a lot to do with genetics. Your physical/mental condition, facial expression, tone, body language, and words all play a role in a way that each small variation in these parameters will yield a different likeability outcome, some talented people will effortlessly be likable, most others have to put active work to do it.

That being said, I don't think that anyone could effectively help others become more likable unless he does lectures or writes books about it, but I have 3 small tips for you. 1) read "good" books or watch/attend lectures about the subject (unfortunately nothing comes to my mind that I can recommend) 2) spend time with charismatic people. We subconsciously imitate behavior from people who are close to us, you'll also consciously learn a thing or two from them 3) a very easy yet very important thing that will make people like you more is talking less, don't talk unless you add value in some way, don't say a 6-word sentence if you can turn it into a 5-word sentence. If you talk where there's no need for your words your speech will be deemed by people to be useless, a validation-seeking attempt, and, sometimes, to be stupid, because it contained words you simply should not have said.

I have a friend who is usually that guy. Whenever he meets a group of people he shakes every one of their hands. Even if it takes him like 5 minutes.

Some people are just born that way, they are naturally charming without trying.

Traits of one of the most charismatic friend i know is;

First is looking good, dressing good and smelling good, no explanation is needed here. The halo effect is real.

They are also masters at converstation, they can make you feel good without being that “nice guy” they can balance being nice with having a edge to them.

If you look good and can make people feel good while also being good at banter and roasting people, people will find you charismatic.

There's this guy who is dating a friend of mine who I saw at a party we had last night.

Dude came in and gave every single person a hug. Even people he'd never met.

Every time I looked over his way he'd have a giant smile on his face.

Dude was wearing all white. White shoes, white pants, white shirt with white sweater. Dude owned it and dgaf.

He just looked like a rockstar. I'm surprised he's even in an LTR. Dude could be spinning very hot plates.
