Some basic guidelines that might help:

a) Make observations instead of asking questions. e.g. (to girl with colored hair and torn jeans) you look like you go to a lot of rock concerts. Start training yourself that every time you've asked a question you've failed (it's not the end of the world, but know you just used a crutch and think of how you could have said it without asking a question).

b) Turn conversation into games when you can, e.g. 'How old are you?' 'Guess.'

c) this comes with practice, but be comfortable talking about yourself and have a 'story.' Like in Models, you should present yourself in a polarizing way. I live in a foreign country and the honest truth is I hated it when I first visited. I lead with this and it usually piques their interest because I'm leading with hating their country. Then I can go into how I came back and have an interesting story about what changed my mind. Then some years later I ended up living here by circumstance. I don't have a script, but this is the story I tell about myself. But it's better than the usual 'oh I love it here the food is so good har har har'

Anyone want to share how they got better at conversation in all aspects + flirting?

Practice. Push the boundaries. Be unafraid to fail (or I mean... at least at some level be ok with it). Always be pushing at the boundaries, always expand your comfort zone.

It's the usual experiment / push the boundaries / analyse / repeat loop. Women respond to sexual and dirty - it doesn't always have to be subtle and in fact you should be unafraid to be downright filthy should the need arise. You'll get called on it. Be ready to handle it when you do.

If you come across as alpha/confident enough even your failures don't really cause problems. I fuck shit up all the time and I usually don't get called on it anymore... although women shit test regardless. Bless 'em.

Start watching standup comedy acts on netflix, listen to them on spotify when driving, learn wit and word play and let the double entendres commence.

Don't let the media wash over you though, really internalize the pacing, the tone, and how they carry themselves.

I find that I'm very good at the on-the-spot zinger or roast, clever word play, telling jokes, etc. But I absolutely suck at telling stories. Treat learning to be charismatic as another form of self-improvement (like lifting) that only improves with practice. Learn from the masters.

Current favorite comedians are Louis CK, Anthony Jeselnik, Aziz Ansari (Kinda BP, but he does have some decent social commentary if you're into that), Bill Burr, etc.

Observe and copy flirtatious and more fun people than you. E.g observe behavior of some alpha in BJJ class, but don't copy it and display it in that BJJ class, do it somewhere else.

I think that reading self help books will be a lot slower than explained above method...
