TRP and fraternities?

You can leverage a your position in a fraternity to earn/display a higher social status. Make the frat your dojo, be alpha in your dojo, and it will become easier. You will be at ease, you will be in control, and you will have a conversation starter.

From a not game perspective, its helpful as well because it gives opportunity for advancement in society, a group of potential workout buddies, and friends.

Obviously, its a big commitment, but commitment never was a problem for TRP'ers. Just be cautious of derailing your monk mode with booze and parties.

I think fraternities can be useful to get easy pussy and a lot of male friends. I also think that it is a crutch, like buying tthe benefits of being alpha without the need to actually be alpha.

I'd say that if you have the drive to succeed on your own sexually and socially, do that. If not (especially if you're a beta bitch), then being in a fraternity will probably be good for you

I did it. Frat was a good time, but not really essential. For some people, it's not the right path. You need to be a guy's guy to enjoy it.

If you are gonna do it, make sure you join a good frat that is popular among the sororities. Joining a dork frat is pointless because you can have dorky sausage fest parties without a frat and save money on dues.

It's like an injection of social proof if you really get to know and befriend the guys in the fraternity you join. Whenever we have parties at our frat house, I always make sure whatever girl I'm with sees me interacting with all my brothers. To a girl, when they see that there's a ton of people who are happy to see you whenever you walk into a party or event, it makes them infinitely more attracted to you. I've been fucking this girl for the past month or so and she started out talking so much shit about fraternity guys, which I ignored. Cut to two days ago where she tells me how much she likes that I'm in a fraternity (now that she sees how popular we are).

If you're really interested in joining one, which it might be too late to do at this point in the semester, go to tons of rush events and talk to the brothers as much as you can. More than anything you want to make sure you like the guys, because you're stuck with them after you get initiated. Go into it with an open mind and just power through the pledge process and then you'll get to reap the rewards for the rest of your college life.

Fraternities can be fucking awesome. I was in one for four years at a small, private university in the south, and it was the best decision I made. I would meet freshmen girls and they'd literally say, "Oh, you're Ronin in XYZ? We've heard you throw great parties." Social status = over 9000.

Couple key points:

1- Being in a frat doesn't mean you don't read the side bar, eat smart, and lift your dick off.

2- Be careful choosing your house. Joining the nerd fraternity might be a good call for professional networking (which may ultimately be smarter in the long run) but won't get you laid without you overcoming some serious obstacles.

3- Once in, be awesome. If I hadn't thrown good parties and had lots of vodka and mixed drinks on hand for girls every time I opened my door, I wouldn't have had the rep I had on campus.

TL;DR: Frats are fun, great opportunity, but you still have to do some work.

If you are not attractive you need a frat to do well with women in college. It's comparable to having a great job in the real world. Both things make up for any deficiencies.

It all depends on how you go into it. I've seen fraternities full of drug using idiots. I've also seen fraternities that strive to become better men (and party and fuck girls along the way).

It is very important to join the right one. A BP one, like the one I had joined as a freshman, will drag you down and force you to deal with their illogical group think. If you are competent and capable of managing shit and they are not you will be burdened by trying to pick up their slack in order to have a functioning house. A good fraternity on the other hand will benefit you as some other comments have explained. Choose wisely.
