Background I'm am 17 and a senior in highschool, I was not interested in dating girls the first three years. My senior year has easy classes and I have decided to start approaching and getting my game down before college. I am also a virgin and in highschool so sex has not been a first date goal.

1st girl: Kind of a floozy. I meet her at my house because she was friends with my step sister. I talked to her and got her to go out with me and we made out at the end. The next date I went over to her house and we made out and felt around a bit. She mentioned being my gf and I hinted at a chance. The next day she became very distant over texting and it slowly ended. (Note we Snapchat/texted almost everyday quite a bit)

2nd girl: Cute girl I saw at school but didn't get the chance to talk to her because when I saw her she was with a teacher getting help. It was Christmas break and I was bored so I messaged her on Facebook and made it clear it was going to lead to a date. Got her number yadda yadda, but I had to go on vacation to see family. While I'm on vacation she sends me a speech I'm text(I'll get to it In a sec) (We also texted about 20 texts each a day)

Both girls ended up texting me saying they are not mature enough ready for a relationship and they are too busy to add a boy into their life.

Is there a common thing that causes girls to end things like this? Is it my habit of talking to them daily?(I have a feeling it is, and if so how can I resit the temptation to chat with them when I'm bored?)
