You'd think. But, you have to go against that instinct, because separation breeds lust. A girls imagination is your best friend. If you're blowing up her phone she knows exactly what you're doing, no fantasy can be played out.

When you don't text her though, it shows complete non-neediness. It shows your life is good enough without her. Maybe better? She doesn't know.

So. Then when she does see you, you have a weeks work of anticipation to work with, and a whole persona she created for her without you having to say anything.

You have to be confident that she's into you. If she flakes then you wait for her to contact you again and set up another date. If she flakes again then you quit responding.

"Texting only for logistics" is for girls you ALREADY fucked, if you've never met before and got her phone number through a dating app, for her you still don't fucking exist, you're just one of the hundreds of phone numbers she got from that app, ignore her for 5 days and she'll forget she even texted you.

First time you get the phone number, you need a little chitchat for introductions, then you MUST call her, so you can hear each others voices. Why? because read the fucking sidebar, it's in the link above. Now that she knows that you kind of exist and agrees to meet up with you in 5 fucking day (why?), there's no harm in a little 5 minutes of texting per day as a reminder that you still exist. After you fuck her then you can text only for logistics.

If she's scheduling (I say this because it sounds like you're under her frame) dates a week in advance she's going to flake.

She doesn't give a fuck & is just putting you off.
