lift heavy shit, gain some muscle and eat well. Height doesn’t matter, I’m only 5’8, if height bothers you it’s in your head. If you are concerned with your face I would suggest trying to grow a beard or try out different hairstyles. Most people suit a certain hairstyle that compliments their face. Lift heavy shit.

5’7, don’t feel bad about it. Fitxfearless on YouTube is 5’7 (I think) and he fucking slays because he looks like a demi-god. I have a bodybuilder friend who’s 5’5 and he always has a girl because he is a badass, ripped, fun, kind, creative dude who is always doing cool things.

The best advice I can give you is to go hard in the gym, and have a positive attitude. Be positive because the world is your oyster. You’re 17. Even at 22 years old, you will still be a kid. That’s will be five years from where you are now. In five years, you could be a fucking God if you dedicate yourself to it.

If you started playing guitar right now, and dedicated yourself to it and practiced hours and hours every day, in five years you could be touring with a band as a professional musician. That’s how fucking young you are. You could actually do anything. You could become an Instagram fitness influencer in 5 years.

Lift weights and become a demi-god. Be a cool fun positive dude.

Don't put much effort into females right now. If you're a virgin then get laid, but don't go out there and get into a LTR. Focus on school, building your finances, and eating healthy + gym. Do all that and in a few years you won't have to work hard to get laid. TRP isnt just about busting a nut, it's about making yourself a better man.

Congratulations, you’re in the same boat that the majority of men are in. However you’re lucky to have learned this at such a young age- you have literal decades of growth ahead of you! So, collect yourself, chill out a bit. You’re going to have a rough time especially before you see any sort of visible, tangible progress. Starting out with self improvement will be the hardest part but will strengthen you mentally. The biggest piece of advice is to take care of your body. You only get one, and you’re in the prime time of your life to start getting physically active. Don’t go overboard but learn how to train in the gym. Don’t touch steroids or any supplements other than mild caffeine use and creatine. Everything else is dubious on the effects they have, except for anabolics which at your age will literally destroy your hormone production for the rest of your life. Just be patient, and be consistent. It takes a man to persevere when things get hard. Next piece of advice I have is to figure out what you want out of a career. This doesn’t have to be an overnight decision. Determine if the debt of going to school is worth it. Most of the time it isn’t, there are few degrees now that will allow you to pay off your debt. There’s always going into trades, and other things...it’s not just 4 year degrees. When you do have some money coming in resist the temptation to waste it. Pay yourself first- if you need things to directly improve your life these come first. Don’t skimp on things that go between you and the ground. Buy good food, but don’t buy frivolously. You don’t need to be in a rush to pull girls. It’s actually quite insane how they will gravitate towards you once you’re at that level of SMV. It becomes more natural and easy...the Disney type shit doesn’t work. You’re better off putting that energy into improving yourself because it truly does get easier the higher your SMV is. Do take time every day to find something that makes you laugh. Good luck.
