Is Invisalign an option? Depending on the orthodontist you may be able to complete treatment in the same amount of time as traditional braces.

I had braces at 30 and it took 4 years. I have nice teeth but they were so crowded in my mouth it was a total mess. Do it and don’t look back. It will increase your confidence, your SMV and will be better for the life of your teeth. It’s money well spent.

Some women may not like it but most people will cut you slack for fixing your shit. Think of how you feel about seeing the fat guy at the gym. At least he’s not home on the couch.

Seriously, don’t hesitate. Take care of yourself. Your medical needs should be a priority.

Thank you for asking that. I've been humming and hawing on addressing mine at some point soon, too. I dont like invisalign price point and lack of research on effectiveness, so i was wondering about a new set of braces.

I'm not sure what braces would do for bruxism. Bruxism is the wearing down of your teeth because of grinding.

Braces legit brought me up a full 2 points in SMV.

I've had girls tell me they were highly attracted to me just cuz of my teeth. I would highly recommend them and if you're that insecure just get the Invisalign ones.

I'm one and a half-ish year in mines and it's a massive difference already! Actually have a good smile instead of looking like an Orc when I smiled. It will do wonders for your confidence. I am almost 30 but only got courage/$$$ to get it at this stage in my life.

I pulled more since I got them than before, so yeah.

I'm also grinding teeth at night. I have been recommend to wear braces during sleep by dentists, but it would ruin my quality of life and there's no guarantee the grinding would stop anytime soon, so I have come to terms that my teeth may be ruined and that I may have to pay up to 5000€ for fake teeth eventuelly.
