Xanax, beer, bong. That’s your problem mate. Don’t have to be completely sober but there isn’t a magic fix really except being more sober.

This happens sometimes, even when you're healthy. But frankly, mixing multiple kinds of drugs, plus alcohol, can't possibly be helping you out.

If I've recently had some trouble and I'm planning on having sex later in the day, I don't drink, I get a good workout in, but not to exhaustion, I eat healthy with a small dose of extra carbs, pop some extra zinc and vitamin D in the morning, some aspartic acid and pycnogenol in the afternoon, and some yohimbine about an hour before it's go time.
