for a couple of months and I actually felt really good.

I quit NoFap for the reasons:

  1. I heard that abstaining from masturbation decreases testosterone after a lot of time

  2. The prostate cancer studies I felt like most of the people that do NoFap are not sociable and with dumb belifs...

  3. I was afraid that if I would have sex I would have ejaculated to quickly.

  4. My sex drive was gone for a few months and I have seen some people across the internet who said that they lost it for a year because of NoFap. They sat that it's the flatline but that sounds strange to me.

Why I liked NoFap:

  1. Felt motivated as fuck.

  2. Felt like a man.

  3. I didn't feel like a slave to women.
