What does TRP think about fighting?

It's for morons. Incredibly high risk. Hospital bills and lawsuits are expensive. Getting arrested and banned from places also sucks. Not to mention, you get stabbed, shot, or stomped if your luck is bad. Rarely will a fight find you if you aren't looking for one.

That said, the savagery on display in a fight is extremely arousing for females.

Once you're out of middle school, fighting is the wrong answer, 99.99% of the time. If it goes hand-to-hand, you've lost frame.

Lawsuits. Jail. Hospital.

Only fight when there is no choice.

No fighting unless absolutely necessary.

90% of the time fighting means you lost frame. You give in to rage and aggression instead of having control over your emotions.

Also, if you can properly hold frame and be the alpha in the situation, dudes don't wanna fight you. If you've hit the gym and are big and dominant... no one would want to mess with you. Look at the lastest planet of the apes movie. Initially Caesar doesn't have to fight Koga... He just shows his dominance and Koga admits defeat. He holds frame... but when Koga goes out of line... Ceasar beats him the fuck up... again showing dominance. At the end of the fight he regains his composure and Koga admits defeat again... asserting Ceasar's dominant position.

If someone punches you or your friends you have every right to hit them... That's protecting your pack. A true alpha male never initiates a fight over something that sheer dominance shouldn't be able to fix.

I agree with what others have said, avoid it.

Haven't been in a fight since high school and I've done/do martial arts. If I absolutely have to physically defend myself, I know I can. But why? Walk away. Defuse the situation with words. Etc. When they're angry and acting like a child and you hold firm and either leave confidently or talk them down, you'll look infinitely more mature, dominant, and manly to 99.999999% of adults.

Maybe you can take the guy. Awesome. What about his friend(s)? Especially the one you don't see. The one who may come up and stab you in the kidneys from behind. Or his girl who is going to jump on you and start hitting you with her heel. (Even if she hates him. Goes ask a cop how often women will attack them when arresting her husband on a domestic abuse call)

Don't get me wrong. If you're physically attacked, or you're friends are attacked, time for deescalation is over. Fight back. Defend yourself. But that is an absolute last resort.

TRP seems to have almost nothing to say on fighting. Individuals will come forth with an opinion but it's not TRP it's just personal.
