For the triggered: I am not saying you shouldn't lift.

For the rest: I see it constantly. Always lift, lift, lift. It's like the number one thing to do on Reddit's red pill pages. Like even if someone's wife is acting out of line the advice seems to be "just lift, bro. THe problem will sort itself out if you just keep lifting" or stuff like "Hah you can only squat X weight. Get your numbers up and your frame will improve and wife will act just fine." Seems very narrow-minded and wrong to me. Sure lifting will help, but it's only one thing. So what's up with focusing on that so much? ...Even to the point of tolerating bad behavior from a wife (Just lift, bro, she will change her behavior soon enough and your frame will automatically improve). Alright I think it should be clear now that I am not saying dont lift, but rather focusing on what I perceive to be an obsession of "Lifting will cure your problem" kind of thinking. let me know your thoughts.
