Depends where you are in life right now. How old are you? Are you currently in school or planning on attending? Do you have plans to move out soon?

Listen nobody but also everybody and keep researching. Depends how old are you and what time, risk you want you could do a lot of stuff. Keep researching.

E.g. if you are 40yo with kids you are not gonna do risky stuff with that, so depends.

But read and research a lot before doing something

Maybe use £15.000 as a deposit for a rental property. The other £5000 on fees etc....and £10.000 in an index fund on vanguard maybe FTSE 100 OR S&P 500. And the other £10.000 maybe invest in Tesla

Look deep into Stock Option Trading.

Basically it’s investing into stock but you can make money in a day rather then long term.

Once you know how to trade I suggest joining a trading group to tell you when to go in and out of the trade.

Trust me man this is a way to flip that 40k into 200k+.

Since your starting out just put 1500$ in, that alone can be flipped to 5k in a month with the right group. Once you see that potential it’s eye opening for another source of income.

Buy some silver / gold. Then I would go to udemy or some online course and find a skill I like. Then I would read some business books, and figure how I can create a business using the skills I just acquired. Then I would use the rest of the money to transition from my day job(quitting) while my business starts to make profit.
