This seems to be popping up a lot.

For this reason I recommend the two step.

1) let her know where you'll be 2x. "Friday I'm doing x, you're welcome to join. Oh and Sunday night odds karaoke at y, I'll be there at 9"

If she says no to both, and doesn't offer a follow up, just move on. Maybe she's overly docile, chances are she's eating validation. Either way doesn't matter, there's a hundred others to game within a mile. Have fun.

One thing largely misunderstood about nexting and logistics is, they don't even have to be blowing you off to next them.

Is it inconvenient for you? Is it not a good deal? Is she too unresponsive? Too much potential drama?

Why bother? Your time is the only hard limited resource you've got to consider, there are a dozen girls right now within a few blocks who would kill to be in your presence. Go get them instead.

I would make another offer. Try to find something that works on your terms.

However, constant re-scheduling and failing to show up is not a good thing.

Ultimately, if a girl really wants to see you she will make time.

No. I know these type of people, they're wasting your time. If you really want, tell them to meet at your house. So if they don't come, you won't waste your time.
