Nature = something in a person that it inate, essentially the genetics they were born with.
Nurture = the environment that a person grew up in.
Once in a while I'll be in (or observe) a discussion which comes down to "nature vs nurture". For instance, it may be that a person is having issues with drugs or alcohol, or maybe problems caused by a mental illness like depression or ADHD or maybe something like low IQ or mental handicaps.
It seems like nearly all of the time, I see women take the view that the problems are caused by "it's because they grew up in a bad environment". It's always nurture, not nature, that is the root cause of such problems. Why do women mostly take that position so much?
