your frame is your point of view or reality. when you enter someone else's frame, you're entering their world. you see things the way they see them, allow them to control social interactions, basically giving them the driver's seat in terms of control

if you have a strong frame, you tend to let criticisms/shit tests bounce right off of you. this is a means of creating respect, where a weaker man (or woman) will show "chinks" in their armor if they react poorly or negatively. if something so minuscule can bother that person, than they aren't worth a damn when things go awry. that's basically how males' social hierarchy works. men with weak frame are less respected than their counterparts

Who are you? What are your goals, standards, opinions, etc. That is your frame. No magical theory, its pretty simple. You dont change your ways for someone else, you fearlessly live how you want.

All the theory comes from an organic stream based off genuine frame. Getting genuine frame is the focus. Thats thoughts, actions, understanding, experience. You need to be well rounded so work on that. The fact you think about this is really good, youre gonna be fine.
